Simple
Terms of Use for Bonaire WebCams Members
- You
agree that you will not attempt to hack into our servers,
nor attempt to circumvent any mechanism we have to
protect our data, such data including our image and
data archives. Furthermore, you agree not to use our
content for any commercial purpose, and will use images
only in the fashion described on our FAQ
page. Improper use of our images or data by you may
result in termination of your membership.
- You
may not utilize your membership's archive retrieval
function to look up archive images for others.
- Caribbean
WebCams, LLC and its agents, employees, directors,
etc. ("we, us, CWC") make no guarantee as
to the completeness of the archival information stored
on our servers, as technical glitches will occasionally
prevent images from being properly stored. We also
use automated software to remove images which are too
dark to contain any useful content, which further contributes
to the archives not being 100% complete. Those items
considered, we endeavor to keep the archives as
complete as we otherwise can.
- Furthermore,
we also cannot provide a guarantee that the live images
will be delivered via your browser without occasional
interruption, again because many technical functions
of our system, such as the Internet and connections
from Bonaire, are not within our control.
- If
your membership includes a Gallery feature, and at
some point we offer you the ability to upload photos
of your own, you agree to not post content which is
not suitable for non-adults or illegal in the U.S.
or the Netherlands and Netherlands Antilles. Violation
of this may result in termination of your membership
with no refund.
- Your
contact information and profile contents will be kept
confidential from anyone outside of Caribbean WebCams,
LLC, the owners and operators of the Bonaire WebCams.

Policy. See next item for specific details on e-mail
address handling.

Except as explained in the next paragraph, your e-mail
address will not be sold or shared with anyone, however
Caribbean WebCams, LLC, the owners of the Bonaire WebCams,
will use your e-mail address to notify you of news,
information, and other aspects of the operation of
the Bonaire WebCams, the Bonaire WebCams and Caribbean
WebCams Web sites, and related matters. Should we find
through such mailings that your e-mail address is inoperative
for more than one month, we reserve the right to delete
your registration, with or without contacting you via
more traditional means.
- If
you are using a certificate number given to you by
a commercial entity, please note that your name and
e-mail address will be provided to that entity when
you enroll. You will be notified prior to submitting
you registration who that entity is based on the certificate
number you provided. Should you choose to not want
this information shared, you would need to make sure
that you do NOT provide a certificate number, and realize
that you will also thereby not receive the benefit
associated with the certificate number.
- Member
benefits are subject to change, with notice of changes
provided via e-mail to the address you registered for
a membership with.
- Bonaire
WebCams memberships cannot be prorated, nor will membership
fee refunds be given in the ordinary course of operations
for registrations properly and lawfully submitted.
- Changes
to these terms will be delivered by
Caribbean WebCams, LLC, by e-mail, as they occur. At such time, should
you not agree to the term changes, you will be able
to cancel your membership, and receive a pro-rated
refund of your membership fee. (Lifetime memberships
are not pro-ratable.)
